'Drink Of The Week';

The Rossini

Named after the famous Italian Composer this is a very romantic blend of pureed strawberries topped with Fizz.
Using a hand blender puree down six strawberries with a teaspoon of caster sugar until is a smooth pulp.
Add a table spoon of the puree into a Champagne flute and top with Fizz of your choice - Prosecco works best.
Gently stir and serve with some fresh strawberries. Enjoy!
